Lyubozar Fratev –
Executive Director of NOVIZ Inc

His education title is “Engineer”, as well as his spirit. Entrepreneurship is his vocation, the constant contact with people – a natural condition. He has graduated the Polytechnical Institute of Leningrad in specialty “Automatization and Integration Mechanization of Mechanical Engineering”. In 1968, the year of his graduation, that Institute was one of the leading technical institutions in the USSR and among the leading ones in Russia nowadays. The city on the Neva River gave him, except the education and friends, a wife with whom he had one happy marriage and two wonderful children – a daughter and a son – both of them grown up a long time ago, educated and main figures in his business team.

He has specialized “Engineering Activity and Design of Automated Discreet Production” in the Technical University – Sofia . He has worked at different manager positions in Plovdiv 's establishments, such as: “Induction Motors Factory”, “ Technological Center for Complex Automation”, “CAM Engineering”.

He is actively engaged not only in the duties of being Executive Director of NOVIZ Inc, but also in the obligations to series of social, nongovernmental and business organizations. He goes in for sports daily and appreciates meeting friends very much. His passion for art incites him to collecting works of art. Recently he became a happy grandfather of two granddaughters  and grandson.
